It’s often fairly mild in December, and whether you celebrate Christmas or not — and I’m not really sure where I fall on that question — the lights look great.
I’m not really sure why the top of the Empire State Building was blood red last night, but it was. (Actually, I just learned that it was in honor of World Aids Day, which made me feel pretty stupid because I was very aware of the day and just didn’t make the connection, but there you have it!)
I’ve never been inside of Macy’s on 34th Street, but I like the Christmas tree they put on top of the portico.
