The City Streets Project (Madison Avenue)

Hurricanes aside, New York City has always struck me as a relatively forgiving city in terms of weather, a place where the crystal skies right on the heels of so much rain and fog seem to symbolize a kind of opportunity for redemption that might be harder to attain in murkier places around the world.

t’s probably safe to say that most people on Madison Avenue at this hour are not in the hunt for redemption, however.

When most of us would be happy to catch a cab.
