Late Spring

At the end of May, I went to San Juan for a work conference. I heard people talking about the umbrella installation and knew I had to visit.

It was unusually hot in San Juan, but the coast was beautiful.

The roads and bike paths were blissfully empty of cars, at least at this moment.

I impressed my work colleagues by taking them to the restaurant that serves the world’s best pancakes.

At home, the garden was lush.

It was campanula season.

The cats were entranced by many sights and sounds.

The ferns we planted last year were big enough to provide cover.

Everyone glowed in the orange light.
